TINTORETTO PAINTING KNIVES
Description
Made with drop-shaped blades, these painting knives from No.11 to No. 17 are part of the classic line Tintoretto series 132, which consists of 36 instruments. The painting knives are traditionally used with oil or acrylic colours, as a replacement for the brushes. Very useful for applying thicker layers of color, or to create various texture effects, and also for mixing paints, mediums, additives, pigments, etc. There is a large crank between the handle and the blade to keep the artist’s hand off the paint surface. Made with a steel blade, with a varnished wooden handle, and a polished brass ring.
